Bungalow's Regal Essence won her finishing leg for her Grandchampionship against some of the toughest competition in the nation. She won BOV Senior White doe in Youth English Angoras. There were many stunning Angoras in competition, several outstanding white east coast line animals on the table, and this homebred beauty from the Midwest, from my little barn, held the title for the country. I'm beyond blessed, honored and proud to have raised and to own this lovely lady!!! I usually do all my own photography, everything you see on this website is taken by me unless otherwise noted, but at Convention there was a team of Photographers with Rabbit Smarties that had a wonderful photo booth set up and they did these pictures you see of Regal Essence. I was so happy with how they turned out, I've made them her official show career pictures. Thank you Rabbit Smarties for the great photo booth opportunity!!!
Cerulean Siri (blue doe) placed 4/9 in the colored senior doe class, making me proud, seeing as the week prior to convention she chewed her shoulder wool. I almost didn't take her. But her coat was still so pretty and dense and she has such a nice body! She still pushed up into the top end of the class. I was so proud of her. There was competition, and even placing herself at a disadvantage, her quality still held her in good stand.
I also brought home a SUPER amazing Black buck from Debbie McCormick at Heart Felt Hares. Heart Felt Dante will be debuting pictures here on the blog soon!! VERY excited about him, as he is the planned sire to Regal Essence and Siri's future litters in a month or two! Dante won BEST OVERALL wool at convention in Open. He came home with several ribbons of his own, and I'm Sooooo excited that Debbie let me be his new owner!!!
Thanks for stopping by, I'll try to get another post up really soon!
